Personal Style II Personality Test

This is a comprehensive pre-employment test to find candidates with the mental acuity to learn quickly, handle a large information load, and make decisions based on complex information.

Personal Style Assessment II: Our standard comprehensive test for use by hiring managers for organizations and those responsible for hiring talent.

About the Test: This untimed test has three parts:

  • 167 question personality inventory,
  • 44 item test of mental ability (about equal number of items for verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning),
  • 35 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short answers.

This untimed test will take approximately 2 hours to complete.

What the Report Gives You: For each personality dimension, the report provides a graphical display of the score, a narrative explanation of the score, along with narrative interpretation of strengths, weaknesses, best job fit, worst job fit, and suggestions for development.
