Nurse Practitioner Personality Test

This Nurse Practitioner Test assesses a nursing candidate's personalities and aptitude. It identifies individuals who are pleasant and easy to get along with, are patient-oriented, and have the ability to make decisions in stressful situations. The test also identifies personality traits in candidates such as sensitivity and empathy, find candidates who are caring and nurturing, cheerful and positive, hard working, flexible, and dependable.

This pre-employment test, in addition to a personality test, includes an aptitude component to determine the degree to which the individual can handle new learning and deal with complexity.

About the Test: The test takes approximately 120 minutes to complete. The test battery consists of three parts:

  • 165-question online personality test,
  • 44-question aptitude section evenly divided amongst verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning &
  • 34 open-ended statements to which the candidate has to type in a short answer.

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of scores of areas covered, list of strengths and developmental concerns, a display of the actual responses to the open-ended statements, and suggested interview questions.
