Price: $70

Managerial Personal Style Assessment III Personality Test is a comprehensive pre-employment management test able to identify candidates with the mental ability and personality traits necessary for success in management roles. The assessment will help you recognize candidates with ability to learn quickly, handle, and process a lot of information at a time, and make difficult decisions quickly. Moreover, the personality and aptitude part of the assessment aimed for managers will recognize candidates' management styles and determine whether they possess the leadership qualities necessary to lead and inspire employees, make difficult decisions quickly and ethically while focusing on reaching goals, employee productivity, and hard work. This assessment also includes a career development section and poses as a leadership assessment.

This one assessment will give you two separate reports: an evaluative report intended for the hiring manager and a career development report aimed for the job candidate.

This is an untimed assessment that consists of three parts - 167-question personality inventory, a 44-item mental ability test (divided into verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning), and 35 open-ended statements to which the candidate provides short narrative answers. The test takes approximately 2 hours to complete the assessment.

The Evaluative Report will provide the hiring manager with a graphic representation of scores in the covered areas related to managerial roles, aptitude results, and their explanation, strengths and developmental concerns of the candidate, the narrative responses given to the open-ended statements, and suggested interview questions.

The Career Development report intended for the candidate will offer a graphic representation of scores for every personality dimension, an extensive explanation of the results with an interpretation of strengths, weaknesses, best/ worst job fit, and suggestions for personal development.
