Executive/ Senior Manager I Personality Test

About the Test I: This test battery has three parts and takes approximately 2 hours to complete and includes:

  • 162-question untimed personality inventory,
  • 44-item test of mental ability (divided among verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning) &
  • 46 open-ended statements requiring short answers.

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of scores of areas covered, list of strengths and developmental concerns, display of the narrative comments given to the open-ended statements, and suggested interview questions.
