The Career Development for Individual Contributors assessment includes a basic set of personality measures from which a Career Development Report is produced. It can be used for employee professional growth and development. Supervisors can use it as a tool for coaching purposes. Trainers can use it as a tool for interactive workshops to simulate discussion about the impact of personality on workplace behavior. Career Coaches can use it to generate ideas for alternative job options within a given career or brainstorming for divergent career options.
