Business Development Professional Personality Test

This assessment identifies candidates who are bright, capable of learning and dealing with abstract concepts, competitive, hard-driving, goal-oriented, and interested in creating large scale or long term projects that generate a good income. It also helps evaluate whether candidates are stable team players, and if they have innate leadership capacity.

About the Test: This test consists of three parts:

  • 144-question personality inventory,
  • 44-item test of general cognitive aptitude with about equal number questions for verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning &
  • 46 open-ended questions that require the candidate to type in their own short answer.

The entire test is untimed and takes approximately two hours to complete.

What the Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores, narrative interpretation of aptitude scores, a list of personal style Strengths and Developmental Concerns, a display of the candidate's responses to the open-ended questions, and suggested interview questions.
