It will also helps determine which candidates are mindful of rules and policies that must be followed, are detail-minded, capable of handling their responsibilities in a level-headed manner, and maintain a cheerful optimistic approach to their work. Top candidates can also network in the community to try to bring in new business, and are prepared to work hard to make their practice profitable.

This Attorney Test also provides insights about the candidate's mental abilities. Those who have a law degree from an accredited university are generally thought to be very intelligent because it is assumed that the course work was demanding. However, there is evidence of grade inflation problems at many of the institutions of learning, so testing candidates on mental ability can be very revealing.

The third part of the test requires answers to open-ended questions. This information provides insights into a candidate's attitudes and values, plus it gives you more opportunity to evaluate their verbal fluency, grammar, sentence structure, and persuasiveness.
