The Site, including all pages within and all code related thereto and the materials or information posted by Employers, Agencies, Job Seekers and Users are the property of Euphony HR. No portion of the materials or code on these pages or anywhere on the Site may be reprinted or republished (other than as is necessary to view the page on your monitor) in any form without the express written permission of the Organization. Again, the applications, resumes or materials received for the jobs posted by Employers or Agencies are the property of Euphony HR and thus it reserves the right to decline its access and submission to Employers and Agencies.


JOB POSTINGS BY EMPLOYERS & AGENCIES AND RESUME POSTINGS BY JOB SEEKERS:

We expect Job Postings, Resumes, Information and Materials, posted by Job Seekers, Employers and other Users, to meet the following Code of Conduct.


CODE OF CONDUCT:

While using the Site or Site-related services, you agree not to do any of the following without our prior written authorization:
  • Post any inaccurate, untimely, stale, incomplete or misleading information.
  • Post any employment opportunity or requirements that are inaccurate or not available with a verifiable company that is directly represented by your office.
  • Copy other job postings as your own, post the same position multiple times on the Site or post multiple positions within one posting.
  • Place any contact information within a job posting that is different from the actual one.
  • Post or transmit (a) any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information that is not your own; (b) any content or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or harmful, or that infringes on our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights; (c) any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited commercial communication; (d) any information or software that contains a virus, worm, Trojan horse or other harmful or disruptive component; (e) any trade secret of any third party; or (f) any material, nonpublic information about companies without the authorization to do so.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful commercial, research or information gathering purposes.

    Euphony HR assumes no responsibility or liability for any personnel selected by your company. Selection, retention or hire of any individual or entity is based solely on your company's investigation, verification and determination that such hire is suitable for your company's purposes.

    Euphony HR assumes no responsibility or liability for the code of conduct and false projection of profile by any company or agency. It is sole responsibility of the User or Job Seeker to investigate and verify the information.

    Your company agrees to and will hold Euphony HR harmless from any claims, damages or losses incurred by your company or any other party as a result of your use of the Euphony HR System.

    You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with your use of the Site and Site-related services.

    Euphony HR reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that it deems in its sole discretion to be unacceptable, offensive or in violation of this Agreement. Euphony HR also reserves the right to prohibit any user who, in the Euphony HR's sole discretion, violates the Code of Conduct or other terms of this Agreement from using the Site and related services. Such prohibition may occur without notice to the user.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

We are under no legal obligation to, and generally do not, control the information provided by other users. By its very nature, other people's information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that You will use caution and common sense when using this Web Site.

The Web Site Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Euphony HR makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any Web Site Content. The use of the Web Site Content is at your own risk. Changes are periodically made to Euphony HR Web Site and may be made at any time. You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by You on the Web Site. Employers are solely responsible for their postings on the Web Site. Euphony HR is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to your use of the Web Site and Euphony HR shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any entity posting jobs on Euphony HR Web Site.

EUPHONY HR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE EUPHONY HR WEBSITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE WEB SITE AND ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF YOUR USE OF THE WEB SITE CONTENT RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, EUPHONY HR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS.
